We all are aware of the hard competition in the job market. To face an interview is a determinant factor in most of the jobs. It is said that you will not get the 2nd opportunity to make your 1st impression. An interview is such a platform where you have the one and only one opportunity to prove yourself fit for the position you appeared. Therefore, the basic norms of facing interview are given hereunder for the convenience of job finders. 

Try to show your best in the interview. Your presence indicates that you have taken the conversation seriously. Don't try to postpone the conversation in a way that doesn't suit you. Some basics help with dressing.

2. Learn about the company-

You need to learn as much as you can about the company. A good and place to start is a company website. If a friend sends you a message, talk it out with him. Also, search for Google in the company to understand what other people are saying about the company.

3. When you did research on the organization?


Focus on the main centers of the role you have applied. Read the job description carefully and make a list of points to clarify how you are able to accomplish these specific tasks.

If you have experience in the past, mention some important examples you have shared. Be curious and happy but do not be discouraged.

4. Prepare potential interview questions -


Most interviews have a lot of common questions. Some examples of common questions are - 'Tell me about yourself', 'Tell me who you are', 'Why should I hire you', 'Why do you want this job', 'Where do you see yourself in five years' time? ', Etc. Make a list of questions that may be related to your job profile, background, company, etc. Then prepare in advance.
