QUALIFICATIONS-MBA or equivalent qualification from a reputed institute.At least 5 plus years in roles of direct sales & marketing to corporates/PSUs/Government agencies or B2B businesses (Experience in sales & marketing of training & development programs is desirable, but not essential) RESPONSIBILITIES-Reach out to HR/L&D Heads of PSUs, Government Corporations & Bodies and corporates to identify and secure customized Management Development Programs from them, as well as enlist their participation in other programs that may be offered by the Institute b. Support planning, coordination and smooth conduct of the executive education programs. Ensuring that sales & revenue targets of the Institute with respect to executive education are fully met.
