Salary: 10,000/- - 20,000/- per month Work from home opportunity Experience: 2+ years Maintenance Managerwill be asked to provide maintenance, administrative and compliance support and scheduling. Review open work orders and communicate with vendors. Your responsibilities include (not limited to): • Review vendor relationship management to confirm compliance, repairs or routine visits. (elevator • maintenance, inspections, fire sprinkler inspections, boiler testing, etc.) • Setting up new accounts and vendors. Attending monthly office training and meeting with vendors via • video conferencing. Skills: • MUST HAVE MAINTENANCE BACKGROUND • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, team player with the capability to effectively manage multiple • projects/tasks/team with limited or minimal supervision • Must be fluent in English written and spoken (no exceptions) Experience • with the US Real Estate market is a plus. • Must have decent internet connection (5mbps and up)
