1. Name of the Post: Programme Co-ordinator 2. Essential Qualification: i) A Bachelor Degree in any discipline (ii) Experience in working with organizations of repute and managing human resources, purchases, accounting, and budget. (iii) Good command over both Bengali and English. (iv) (a) Experience of Working in a Radio Station or (b) Certificate in any Course related to Radio Production or (c) Evidence of working with sound editing and recording software. Or (d) Experience of working for community development such as NGO projects.
