1. Name of the Post: Technician Apprentice 2. No of Post: 302 3. Stipend: Rate of stipend payable to apprentices per month shall be as prescribed under Apprentices Act, 1961/1973/Apprentices Rules 1992 (as amended) and Corporation’s guidelines. 4. Prescribed Qualification/Eligibility Criteria: a) For Discipline Code - 06/19/32/45/58 - Technician Apprentice (Mechanical) - 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from recognized Institute/University with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General, EWS & OBC candidates & 45% in case of SC/ST candidates against reserved positions. b) For Discipline Code – 07/20/33/46/59 - Technician Apprentice (Electrical) – 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from recognized Institute/University with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General, EWS & OBC candidates & 45% in case of SC/ST candidates against reserved positions. Age: Minimum 18 years and maximum 24 years as of 31.10.2021 for General/EWS candidates.
