Job Description

1. Name of the Post: Director (Research & Development 2. ( a ). Qualification: The applicant should be an Engineering graduate preferably in Electronics Engineering with a good academic record from a recognized University/ Institute. (b) Experience: The applicant should possess adequate technical/ operational experience at a senior level of management in an organization of repute, out of which at least five years during the last ten years should have been in design/ development/ production in the Electronics sector. Applicants with experience in the field of development of professional, state-of-the-art, Electronics Equipments will have added advantages. 3. Job Description And Responsibilities: Director (R&D) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to the Chairman and Managing Director. He/she is responsible to Iay down the R&D policy of the Company and formulating the strategy for development in the areas of both types of equipment and components to maintain be Company's position as a leader in Electronics and components market, promoting indigenisation under the Atma Nirbhar Scheme of the Government. Age: Age of 60 years: Internal: Minimum - 45 years, Maximum: 2 years residual service as on the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation.; Others: Minimum - 45 years, Maximum: 3 years residual service as on the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation.
