Location: New Delhi (transferable as per business requirement) 3. Duration: Three years or till IRCTC is exempted from the rule of immediate absorption, whichever is earlier. 4. Term of Appointment: Deputation 5. Service: Indian Railways/ Indian Railway PSUs/ Central Govt. Dept. & Ministries /CPSUs. 6. Job description: The officer is required to look after the work of the legal department of IRCTC at the Corporate Office, New Delhi. Note: Job/ Posting may be changed as per business requirements. 7. Qualification/ Experience: a) Degree in Law from a recognized university. b) At least 03 (three) years of experience in the Legal department of Indian Railways/ Indian Railway PSUs/Central Govt. Dept. & Ministries /CPSUs. Age: Maximum Age 55 Years
