Job description: The Research Assistant will be involved in the synthesis of solid-state nanostructures and evaluating their electrocatalytic performance. The candidate will actively participate in the research work while remaining involved in all complimentary activities related to the project. 5. Eligibility: Motivated candidates with minimum 4 years research experience post M.Sc. (Chemistry), in the field of Electrochemistry and Solid-State Chemistry / Materials Chemistry with a consistently good academic record can apply. Prior experience in solution-based nanomaterial synthesis and their characterization through powder X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy and related techniques is required. The candidate should have the knowledge to independently operate electrochemical workstation and gas chromatography setup. The candidate is expected to have at least 4 good-quality first author publications.
