Educational Qualification: a) B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech./M.E./MS(R)/equivalent in Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Material Science & Engineering/Metallurgical and Materials Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Nanotechnology/ Optical Communication/Photonics/ Plasmonics/ Optics/ RF/ Microwave Photonics, VLSI/ Communication Engg., and related areas. Those who have M.Sc. degree in Electronics are also eligible. b) The candidate must have qualified the GATE examination (old GATE score is also considered). Candidates must have at least 6.5/10 CGPA or 60 percent marks in aggregate from a recognized technical institute or university as a full-time program. Proof ofB.Tech/B.E./M.Tech./M.E./MS(R)/equivalent certificate has to be provided during the time of interview. These are the minimum eligibility criteria. The short-listing criteria may vary according to the number of applications received. AGE LIMIT : Not more than 28 Years. Age relaxation will be provided as per ISRO, GoI norms.
