1. Post Name: Member(Finance) 2. Job Description: i. Member (Finance) shall be a member of the Board of AAI and shall report to Chairman. He shall be overall in-charge of finance, accounts and financial operation of the organization ii. He shall also be responsible for evolving, formulating policies and strategies relating to entire gamut of financial operation, including resource mobilization and statutory compliances. iii. He is excepted to play a leadership role and provide effective support in achieving sustained growth of the organization's business. 3. Qualification: (i) The applicant should be a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or a full time MBA/PGDM course having specialization in Finance with good academic record from a recognized University/Institution. Preference would be given to Chartered Accountant. (ii) Officers of Organized Group ‘A’ Accounts Services [i.e. Indian Audit and Accounts Service, Indian Defence Accounts Service, Indian Railway Accounts Service, Indian Civil Accounts Service, Indian P&T Accounts & Finance Service and Indian Cost Accounts Service] working in the appropriate level are exempted from these educational qualifications.
