Sc/ Inter CA/ Inter CMA + Graduation/ MBA (HR)/ MA (PM&IR)/ Post Graduate Diploma in HR/ PM&IR/ MMS (HR/ Personnel)/ Masters in Labour Studies courses with relevant work experience. Age Limit Candidates’ age limit should be 29 to 35 Years as of 1st September 2023 . Selection Process The multi-stage selection process may comprise various shortlisting tools like Application Screening (on the basis of a number of years of relevant work experience, educational qualification, etc.), Written/ computer-based tests, Case-Based Discussions, Group tasks, Personal Interviews, etc. The selection process adopted will depend on the number of applications received for a particular profile.
