1. POST NAME : Professional Service Representative (PSR) & Area Manager (AM) 2. NO.OF POST : 32 POSTS 3. QUALIFICATION : For the post of Professional Service Representative – III, the candidate should be a graduate of Pharmacy/ Science/ Commerce/ Arts and should have a minimum of two years experience in selling Pharma Products in any pharmaceutical company. For the post of Area Manager (AM), the candidate shall be a Graduate in Science / Pharmacy/ Commerce/ Arts with a minimum of two years of experience as a front line Manager. Age Limit : FOR the post of Professional Service Representative for SC/ ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates). For the post of Area Manager (AM): Age around 35 years (5 years relaxation for SC/ ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates). Selection Process : The selection process is based on interviews. Salary Details For the post of Professional Service Representative – III: The Gross CTC will be around Rs. 4.2 lakhs plus TA/ DA and incentives. For the post of Area Manager (AM):The Gross CTC will be around Rs. 6.7 lakhs plus TA/ DA and incentives.
