No of Post - 01 Educational Qualification - Candidate should have Master’s degree or higher qualification with a specialization in Pedagogy. Age - Maximum age limit for being appointed under these Rules will ordinarily not exceed 60 years for Non-teaching staff, subject to discretion from the director. Additional Skills - Ability to do independent research b) Ability to do data analysis – quantitative and qualitative c)Ability to write academic papers and case studies for teaching d) Ability to provide constructive feedback e)Have excellent oral and written communication skills f) Familiarity with Good methods of teaching & learning g)Confident and self-motivated. h) Friendly personality and a team player. i)Ability to pay attention to detail. j) Computer literate and experience in using relevant databases. Work Responsibilities - Responsible for conducting Research in the area of Teaching & Learning in business / management institutes. b)Keeping track of latest trends in teaching and education c)Conducting applied Research in relevant areas d) Operational aspects of Centre for Teaching & Learning e) To lead all the programs of Centre for Teaching & Learning f)To drive Faculty development initiatives g) To develop teaching content h) Providing teaching skills to Doctoral students i) Administrative aspects of Centre for Teaching & Learning j)To manage and administrate the center effectively.
