1. Name of the Post : Constable (Executive) (IT) 2. Total Vacancies : 144 posts 3.Qualification: 03 yeas Bachelors Degree/ 02 years Masters degree in the following fields: Computer Science, Electronics, Instrumentation, Communication, Information Technology, Mechatronics, Computer Applications, Data Sciences, Computer Sciences and allied fields. The degree should be obtained from any University/ Institution recognized by the Central/State Government and/ or approved by AICTE/UGC. Alternatively, candidates with an Associate Membership of the Institution of Engineers (AMIE) (Section A and B) in Computer Science are also eligible. Driving Skills: Possession of a valid driving license for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers is mandatory for male candidates of all categories at the time of submitting the online application. Computer Skills: Successful completion of an ICT course is mandatory at the entry level. 4. Age Limit: 18 years to 30 years . The Upper age relaxation as per Chandigarh Rules. 5. Selection Process 2024: The Chandigarh Police Constable IT selection on the basis of following methods:- Tier I Test , & Tier II Test & Physical Endurance & Measurement Test (PE&MT) & Documents Verification .
