1.;Name of the Post : Deputy Manager (Marketing – Financial Institutions) 2. No of Job : 04 Posts 3. Qualifications: The minimum educational qualifications for SBI Deputy Manager Marketing are as follows:- MBA / PGDM or its equivalent from a recognized university / institution. Specialization in Marketing / Finance is preferred. Minimum 5 years post qualification experience of working in an entity related to Banking and Financial services domain (Bank / PSU/ Corporate) is essential with preference for work experience in Financial Institutions Group / Corporate and Institutional Banking in a Bank. 4. Age Limit: Minimum: 27 years and Maximum: 40 years (As on 01/04/2024) 5. Selection Process : Candidates who have applied for SBI Recruitment 2024 as Deputy Manager will be invited to participate following selection process:- Shortlisting: The shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, adequate number of candidates, as decided by the SBI Bank, will be shortlisted for interview. The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. Interview: The interview process will carry a weightage of 100 marks, and the qualifying marks for the interview will be determined by the bank. No inquiries or appeals regarding this matter will be considered. Merit List: The selection's merit list will be arranged in descending order based solely on the interview scores obtained. If multiple candidates achieve the same cutoff marks, these candidates will be ranked in descending order based on their age in the merit list.
