Educational Qualification: MBA degree in HR (full time) or master’s degree/ Post Graduate degree/ Diploma (at least for 02 years full time) in Personal Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resource Management and equivalent from recognized Institute, AICTE/ appropriate statutory authority approved University/Institution. 4. Age Limit: Maximum 50 Years. 5.
