Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS- B.Tech./M.Sc. + 4 years relevant experience. M.Tech + 2 years relevant experience 2+ years of hands-on experience in semiconductor design enablement; experience in the following is desirable: active/passive device characterization and compact model development. PAY SCALE- Level O2- Salary range from Rs.50000 to Rs.70000 + Rs.6000.00/- Out Of Campus Allowance. Type of Employment: Proj. Staff Contract
